Took a white designer dress to MC and NC after a disastrous experience at another dry cleaners. The original cleaner returned my dress after 4 weeks still showing the stains plus numerous grey water marks. I was ready to put the dress in the bin. Took my dress to MC and NC and after 1 week they had removed all stains and water marks. Dress looks like new.

My daughters wool work blazer was covered in hair conditioner and she needed it super quick as she is cabin crew and had a flight 2 days later. I pointed out the relevant areas that were covered and AC told me they would do their best within 24 hours and they delivered. The blazer was stain free and looking good as new. Can't recommend them enough. I don't live in the locaility but will always go back as they are professional, quick and know what they are doing.

Took my cream curtains here after my dog had took a liking to sleeping on the bottom of them for several years. I couldn't be happier with the result! They look as good as new and smell fab! Highly recommend this place! Staff are friendly too, service with a smile.

We used NC Dry Cleaners during the Netball World Cup in Liverpool. Nikki and the team were incredibly helpful from the initial conversation throughout the World Cup and provided a fantastic service. With late back to back games they even provided a bespoke overnight dry cleaning service with late pickups and laundry was always returned first thing the next morning. They provided an invaluable service and were always flexible to any late changes with minimal bother. We very much appreciated their help and would recommend their service to anyone.

We used their service for the first time last week and we went there to have my daughter school blazer’s dry cleaned and it took a few days which was absolutely fine but we forgot to pick it up on Saturday and I was worried because my daughter needed the blazer for Monday.

So I decided to send message on their emergency number to tell them how desperate we were to have the blazer!

And they answered immediately that they could come on Sunday to open the shop just for us!

What a service! Fantastic! Thank you so much! We definitely use their service again.

My experience with ACD dry-cleaners is really good! The customer service and efficiency is over all expectations. I contacted the business as I needed my coat cleaned before a weekend trip. And they were able to not only clean my coat, but also pick it up and deliver it back to me within the same day! Highly recommended :)

I used AC Dry cleaners whilst at the Liverpool Empire Theatre with 'La Cage Aux Folles', we have a great number of specialist items which are difficult to clean and they all came back better than ever and smelling lovely! I have never in my life received service like I did last night/this morning from Nikki & her team

I put a suit & pair of trousers in for cleaning last week & asked that they be ready for collection on Monday as my husband needed them for a v important business trip the next day. However, I simply forgot to collect them. It was 9.30pm the night before my husband was due to catch a plane the next morning at 5.30am when we realised. We therefore called the shop on the off chance someone was there but obviously reached the out of hours voicemail. Much to our amazement there was an emergency mobile number provided, which we called. However, there was no answer. I therefore sent a txt msg asking whether someone would be able to open the shop for us as a matter of urgency. (We were thinking perhaps someone lived above the shop or nearby). There was no answer to our msg by 10.30pm so we went to bed. I was awoken by a txt from Nikki at 11.30pm apologising for the late response, saying she was in Africa but she would try to get hold of someone! I thought perhaps she didn't realise what time it was here as she was abroad. However, I was awoken by a further txt at 12.45am (!) from Joanne saying she was in the shop!! I woke my husband up & he went down to the shop in disbelief. We were even more amazed to discover that Joanne had in fact come from the Wirral to open up just for us!! At almost 1 o'clock in the morning!!

I have never experienced such astounding service. Totally beyond the call of duty, especially when it was our fault. My husband was so relieved & was able to go on his trip feeling relaxed. It was so lovely that what he counted as important was important to them as well, even if it might have seemed silly to anyone else.

Thank you Nikki, Joanne & team. We will not be using any other dry cleaners from now on! & will be recommending you to all our friends.

I wanted to take a minute to let you know how very appreciated Nicole’s fantastic service was on our recent visit to Liverpool.

I contacted Nicole prior to our trip and she arranged a morning pick-up of our laundry from our hotel and after a long day of sightseeing we were greeted with all of laundry washed and pressed and waiting for us. Our hotel was at the out at the airport, so we felt she really went out of her way to help us. We were so blown away that we felt we should have paid her more! In Canada, you just cannot find as excellent service as this. We fell in love with Liverpool, and when we return I won’t hesitate to use Nicole’s services again!
